By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the shipping, return, refund, cancellation, and privacy policies linked on the website.

Items are vintage or secondhand and are sold as-is, “come as they are.” Normal wear, variation, repairs, fading, or other signs of age may be present. Known material flaws are disclosed through listing descriptions and photographs where reasonably possible.

Colours and scale can appear differently across screens. Measurements are approximate. Unless expressly stated, we do not guarantee an item’s age, origin, material, or authenticity.

Product availability is not guaranteed until checkout is completed. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, inventory problems, or other legitimate operational reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund it to the original payment method.

You agree that the order and contact information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hundred Eagles is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms and policies by posting revised versions with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
